Pacman waddled his insanely cut, wide tree trunk quads onto the stage at the 2012 Flex Pro this weekend. He squeezed his tight ripped abs, flexed his big round biceps and blasted his monster delts, beating all but 1 of the competition to gain 2nd place. This is why I wouldn't make a good bodybuilding judge. I'd be slightly biased towards my favourite muscle freaks. Had I been on the judging panel, Pacman and his crazy delts, beastly quads, pumped pecs, hard ripped glutes, not so little shiny posing trunk bulge and the rest of the monstrous mountain of superhuman MASS he has the audacity to call his body might have been strutting away with the 1st place award...

A comparisons video from the 2008 IFBB World Championships, this is one of my all time favourite muscle videos from YouTube, not only because the muscle freaks on stage are huge, jacked and ripped, but because every single mountain of huge hard perfectly tanned muscle oozes an awesome/superior/cocky/arrogant attitude. One of the BEST vids I've seen for outrageously cocky ass pointing/touching/showing off has got to be this fucking legendary video of Thomas Young and Vladimir Flimel from the 2009 NABBA World Championships. The whole video is amazing thanks to the fucking STONKING bods and off the chart awesome attitude coming from Vladimir but the ass admiration is just incredible!

BRITISH BEEF PART 3: DARREN "DAZ" BALL & SHANE COPLEY

Time for another serving of British beef, and I hope you’re hungry because this time…it’s double helpings! You’re gonna need an extra special sharp knife to cut through this lot because these slabs of prime British meat are extra thick, tough and juicy!

Darren “Daz” Ball is the most high profile of the two, he owns his own gym in the UK and is a regular competitor at the IFBB British Championships. A mountain of huge thick mass, Darren’s well known for his awesome size.

Lesser known Shane Copley is a recent NABBA Mr Universe competitor, he won his height class back in 2010 but sadly missed out on the overall title. He’s not quite the monster that Darren is but he has got one hell of a body on him!!

Daz wins in the size stakes, but my personal preference, and the physique I think is the most aesthetically pleasing is Shane’s, with his juicy bulbous twitching slabs of muscle bulging off every inch of his carcass. The guy’s an absolute animal on stage too. A hard, awesome, powerful poser with incredible stage presence.

I’ve written a “Things To Do Before You Turn 30” list for Cody Lewis….

1) Explode with huge thick MASS all over thus becoming even more of a superhuman muscle freak. YEAH BABY!!

2) Win pro card and compete in the biggest shows alongside the biggest monsters of the muscle world.

3) Work on posing/attitude on stage so that he’s THE cockiest/animated/most “in your face” muscle freak on the stage, outrageously sticking out his tongue, aggressively squeezing his pumped mass hard while pulling all sorts of nasty/arrogant/cocky/aggressive/”I’m hot fucking shit and I know it” facial expressions.

4) Experiment with the sick, bad boy Mohawks, bleach blonde, dark, bright red, long, short, spiky, flat. Each one hotter than the last!

5) Wear some awesome/crazy/outrageous clothing during my posing routines, stomp out looking crazy sick wearing some boots, bad boy shades, silver chain, and a backwards cap.

6) Develop a reputation for wearing the hottest/crazy-assed posing trunks in the business. Hot rubber pink, wafer thin gold and shiny as shit, “stars and stripes” trunks, lime green, hot baby blue, trunks with glitter on them, trunks with words sown in the back such as “CODY” or “FREAK”, each pair tiny, shiny, skimpy, paper thin and regularly stuffed into his ass crack to show off his hot hard “Glutes of Doom”.

7) Do some hardcore/freaky/awesome photo shoots with Canadian bodybuilder Antoine Vaillant, both looking so insanely pumped our skin looks like it can barely contain the mass exploding out underneath, ripped & cut to shreds, veins popping up and running all over our freaky bulging mass, both giving it some awesome/cocky attitude, every resulting picture EXPLODING with hyper-masculinity, confidence, aggression and power!!

8) Be the cause of some legendary posedown’s with my fellow muscle freaks on stage, pressing heads with Steve Kuclo while they both aggressively opens their mouths wide and squeeze out huge crazy Most Muscular’s, wiping, rubbing, and touching Nick Trigili’s big thick crazy ripped quads as he prepares for a big abs & thighs and wrapping his arm round Jason Huh’s neck as they crunch their tight stacked abs, bodies pressed up tight against each other, big thick tan drenched quads rubbing together.

9) Produce a Cody “The Quadfather” Lewis DVD, which includes loads of honest, cocky, “straight talking” confessions about how awesome it feels to be a pumped up muscle freak, loads of posing for the camera, awesome close up shots, and trips/photo shoots to parks and cities where Cody waddles round in nothing but shades, posing trunks and trainers/boots, watch every one gasp, stare and shriek as he struts his beef in the middle of a crowded street or a packed park, then starts hitting some awesome freaky poses for the camera as he draws a crowd of shocked, surprised, fearful, admiring & aroused non-muscle freaks, at 1 point, turning to the camera and making a frank & honest confession “I feel like a God”!

10) Make every bitch wet and every dude hard whenever he walks into a room. Oh wait…my bad, he does that already.

I recently came across some pictures of a Spanish muscle daddy called Jose Maria Forte. Here are some brief thoughts…

Jose is a 40+ bodybuilder which automatically makes him a “muscle daddy”. However, there are poor/crap excuses for muscle daddies, who don’t really look or act like muscle daddies, they just happen to be a 40+ bodybuilders, and then there are AWESOME muscle daddies. Jose is so bald he makes a boiled egg look hairy, he has a little daddy-esque/slightly camp goatee and sports a gold hoop earring, in short Jose very *much* looks like a muscle daddy, which puts Jose in the AWESOME muscle daddy category!!!

Jose is not the biggest bodybuilder to squeeze into a pair of posing trunks, but what he lacks in size he makes up for in definition, and…

VEINS!!! Jose is ridiculously, insanely, grotesquely vascular!! It seems almost every inch of him is covered in nasty snake like veins, like a thousand little wires running under his paper thin skin and plastering his pumped up daddy beef. W.O.O.F!!!

Jose seems to have a thing for dressing up in tacky/trashy/cheesy clothing & outfits. It’s cute, cheeky, funny…and downright fucking HOT!!

Every single picture of Jose oozes confidence/cockiness/strength/pure masculinity and POWER.

And finally…I’m thinking of setting up an “Adopt A Son” scheme for charity and asking Jose if he wants to take part. It will, of course, be fixed, so I get Jose as my daddy. Let's be honest, Paul "Quadzilla" DeMayo was pretty much a walking God on Earth! With his bowling ball biceps, perfectly shaped full juicy pecs, crazy calves, and of course, those big thick tree trunk wheels which earned him his awesome nickname, Paul was a big name in bodybuilding in the 80's/90's. He might have been before my time, but that doesn't stop me from being a HUGE fan of this mighty God-like superior male specimen. It's not the just the body I love either. Arguably one of the best looking men to ever squeeze into a pair of posing trunks and waddle onto a bodybuilding stage, looks wise Paul was pretty much close to perfection. The guy was an awesome poser on stage too, cocky and powerful but charming and charismatic with it. There's so many reasons to love American bodybuilder Nick Trigili. Not only is he a handsome as hell, cute as fuck, pretty American jock boy hottie, but also happens to be a ripped up, roided up, beefed up TANK on two legs! Every body part is awesome, but I especially love those crazy delts, that planet of a back & those big bulging triceps which look as if they're trying to escape from his body.

There's just one thing I'd change about Nick...his taste in posing trunks! What's with those over sized maroon velvet numbers??
